Simon Dabbs: Managing Director
Position: Managing Director
I have been the managing director of Newsclip for 10 years. During this time I have endeavoured to lead Newsclip through its transition from a labour intensive press cutting company to a leader in the technology realm – a key requirement for the success of the company in the future. With a strong management team, I have worked on the introduction of numerous new products over the past few years, most recently Via Mobile and mypressoffice.co.za, as well as Target Media, trend-based analysis, Newsclip Publishing and others. I am a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and have been approached to sit on numerous international committees, such as AMEC (The International Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communication).
